Not Much Going On...

I know I've been a bit MIA lately, but life is still out of hand.  Summer has been great, but I can honestly say, I don't think I've done much.

Some days have been spent at the beach...




Some local scuba diving...



Some cloud watching...


Some sunsets...
 Some wine on the beach, while watching the sunset...
Life's been uneventful, but all in all...good.

Is good to hear you are taking it easy. We only got 1 day on the beach this year. I'm a bit jealous.

I miss you as usual! Life has been crazy here as well if you read my blog. It will only get worse over the next month or two before it gets better (and it will). Jealous of the beach and all the pretty pics you have! I always say this but I need a vacation!

I Was Feeling Pretty Good Until...

I had my annual “physical” yesterday.   I’ve been attending the same clinic for well over 20 years and am overall happy with the service I receive.  The clinic is part of a state-of-the-art teaching hospital, so with that I typically have relatively quick access to a network of specialists should the need arise.  With that being said, I’m usually treated by residents and have rarely had the same resident in all my 20 years. I felt pretty good going into the appointment and then not so much by the time I left.   Why do you ask?
